Frequently asked questions
We suggest you start by contacting the merchant or seller to settle any disputes. If you don’t reach a settlement, we strongly recommend contacting your bank. As we’re only the payment processor for this transaction, we can’t refund requests or take action on individual cancellations.
Adyen doesn’t have the power to start or stop payment without the authorization of our merchants. We also can’t initiate a refund process on their behalf. To request a refund, contact the company you made the purchase with.
If you have not received an order confirmation or wish to receive an invoice for your order, please contact the company you bought through. We do not have the authority to confirm an order’s status.
Adyen processes payments for some of the world’s most well-known subscription businesses, but we’re unable to cancel your payment. For this, please contact the company directly.
